The coaching agreemnt 

Coaching Agreement

 

One of the core values of my coaching practice is integrity, and this document is intended to make clear the basic agreements between (The Coach) and _____________________ (The client). 

This agreement includes 4 sessions/month for 3 months (12 sessions total) beginning   You may wish to extend your Coaching program. During the last session, we will decide whether to continue working together.

The service provided is online coaching,  tele-coaching or in person. Coaching is not advice, therapy, medical assistance, or counseling. It may address specific personal goals in any areas of your life.

 

My responsibilities to you, (Clients Name), are:

 
 

-To be on time for our sessions, ready for you. If because of something truly disastrous, I cannot keep an appointment, I will do my utmost to contact you prior to the appointment and to reschedule with you in a timely manner.
 

-To tell you the truth with compassion, understanding, and without judgment.
 

-To guide you in the best way I know how, using all the techniques, knowledge, wisdom, and experience at my disposal.
 

-To inform you when we reach the limits of my resources in any area or question and to do my best to either increase my resources to meet your needs or to point you in the right direction for additional assistance and answers as needed.
 

 

Your responsibilities to me, the Coach are:


 

- To be on time and present for our sessions. You are always starting the call.

 

- To reschedule an appointment, barring an emergency, at least 24 hours in advance, or forfeit the appointment with no refund.
 

-To ask questions if you do not understand something.
 

-To keep the communication channels open. You are always free to reject any guidance or suggestion I offer. However, it’s a good idea to tell me if you do, so that we can find other ways to meet the same goals or b: clear up misunderstandings about my guidance or suggestion. 


 

Payment

 

Payments can be made via website.

You agree to pay the fees on time. (One month in advance or annually)

The fees have been agreed to per month or annuelly.


 

Meeting Frequency and Duration

 

One-hour Zoom/phone call every week. Text Support.




 

Calling Procedure

 

When we have call-in sessions, we will use ZOOM unless other arrangements are made.  

You are always starting the call. 

If you are faced with a crisis or emergency, you are always invited to call my cell phone

at any time.

 

 

Recordings

 

Please let me know if you would like calls recorded. Recordings remain confidential and will be sent to you within 24 hours via email. 

We both agree that we can’t use those recordings publicly or with someone else with no mutual consent by writing.

 

Email/ Phone call support

 

You may also email me. This is the best form of between-calls communication for me. I usually respond within a day. If it’s urgent that you hear from me, call or text me on my cell phone, so I know I need to read your email and respond quickly.

Meeting Outside Scheduled Sessions

 

You may call between appointments for any emergency. These appointments focus on a specific issue and last between 5-10 minutes. Here’s how it can work: 

You can call, text or email me to request an emergency call. If I’m available immediately, we can go ahead. If not, I wi,ll let you know the soonest possible time we can talk—hopefully within the next few hours…….. My cell phone number is

Acknowledgment

You understand that you have hired me for professional life coaching at the agreed Fee.

You acknowledge I am not a psychologist, psychiatrist or counsellor, or otherwise medically trained.

I am not medically qualified to assess your physical or mental condition. If you are in any doubt, please seek expert medical advice before using my services.

Professional Coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, or psychoanalysis.

Professional Coaching does not deal with any diagnosis or treatment.









 

The walking coach agreemnt

The walking coach agreement

My core value of coaching practice is confidentiality, respect, and inclusive.  This document is intended to make clear the basic agreements between (The Coach) and _____________________ (The client). 

As we are part of a group that confidentiality, respect, and inclusive is an agreement that extends to all members of the workshop/group from all clients. 

The service provided is prepared coaching questions which is shared and discussed as pair coaching with another group member. Then shared in a larger group with the Coach. 

My support is within the Larger Group, and after sessions for one-to-one personal questions. 

My service also includes support in a Face book page with information and group discussion. 

Whats up Group for group support and friendship. 

After the two hour session, I have fulfilled my part of the agreement, any other support given through after session meeting, through eating out is as a friend and at my own agreement. 

My service also includes well known walks at basic fitness level, and would advise anyone with any health problems to source out advise from a health professional. 

To allow flexability of groups when things turn up and you are unable to turn up, to be able to join with another group, unless over numbered and would lead to safey issues. 

-To guide you in the best way I know how, using all the techniques, knowledge, wisdom, and experience at my disposal.
 

-To inform you when we reach the limits of my resources in any area or question and to do my best to either increase my resources to meet your needs or to point you in the right direction for additional assistance and answers as needed.

The Client responsbilty is;

 To walk with care for yourself and for others. Without taking risk or going to areas that would be considered dangerous. Climbing or close to edge or other risk behaviour will result in you being asked to leave the group. 

To report to the client any health conditions that could affect his/her health in being part of this group. 

Any disabilities that could affect the client from taking part in the Group. 

To gain supports outside of this coaching if issues come up, that are beyond the experience or qualification of the Coach.  As in doctors, counselling, or other health professionals.

The Group Coaching agreemnt 

The  coach agreement for groups

My core value of coaching practice is confidentiality, respect, and inclusive.  This document is intended to make clear the basic agreements between (The Coach) and _____________________ (The client). 

 

As we are part of a group that confidentiality, respect, and inclusive is an agreement that extends to all mentbers of the workshop/group from all clients. 

My service is to create a safe space to share where everyone is heard, valued and not judged. Where support is given through small and large group activities. 

My service also includes support in a Face book page with information and group discussion. 

Whats up Group for group support and friendship. 

The clients responsibility is ;

To report to the client any health conditions that could affect his/her health in being part of this group. 

Any disabilities that could affect the client from taking part in any of the activites. 

To gain supports outside of this coaching if issues come up, that are beyond the experience or qualification of the Coach.  As in doctors, counselling, or other health professionals.

Any client who  abuse  me or other members verbally or physcally will be asked to leave and not come back. And if necessary Guarda will be called. 

This is a space of respect and as such confidentiality and trust will be core values of our group and you will be ask to abide  by these rules and any other rules made by the group. As is listening to others and allowing everyone one to have their voice heard.

Our Data Policy is in line with Irish law on Data protection laws.

By clicking where indicated below, you irrevocably agree that, if Creative Coaching With Amanda, (the “Company” or “we/us accepts you as a customer/coaching client in a coaching session, live retreat, workshop or class, group coaching program, or online membership (the “Program”) as a participant, then this Client Agreement (the “Agreement”) automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the company, and applies to your participation in any of the above programs offered by Creative Coaching With Amana. By signing below, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version at the address you provide us.

 

By completing the Application and signing below, you authorize the Company to charge your credit or debit card, or cash your check, as indicated above, as payment for your service for the agreed upon program. Furthermore, you agree that you are responsible for a full payment of fees for the entire Program, and regardless of whether you have selected the lump sum or monthly payment plan or whether you attend the Program or not. To further clarify, after your seven-day cancellation window, no refunds will be issued and all monthly payments must be paid on a timely basis.

 

We are committed to providing all Program participants with a positive Program experience. By signing below, you agree that the Company may, as its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of the remaining monthly payments if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow the Program guidelines, or if you impair the participation of Program instructors or participants in the Program.

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. By signing below, you agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any Program participant. We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans, and trade secrets (collectively, “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of the Company.

Further, By checking the box that reads “I agree to the terms and conditions” below, you agree that, if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

 

We have made every effort to accurately represent the Program and its potential. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation.

Waiver of Cooling-off Period

 

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. 

 

After your original purchase date, you have a window of 14 days to ask for a full refund.

 

Once the program has started, we accept cancellation 6 days after your first class with no questions asked. 

 

Refund requests, if any, must be made in writing within thirty 14 days of your original purchase date. Refund requests can be submitted via our ‘Contact Us page.

 

Online Courses and Programs

 

Online Courses and Programs we provide are delivered over an extended period of time (I.e. over a number of months) and may include downloadable content, live online events (E.g. Webinars), access to restricted member areas, interactive forums, and other content. These Courses and Programs are sold as a package and participation cannot be canceled and no refunds are permitted once the Course content has been accessed or downloaded (partially or entirely) or the Program has commenced, whichever applies.

 

Some of our programs are exclusively delivered online. While others are in the classroom or outside.
